Questions

Questions, answered.

Subscriptions, flavours, what is actually in the stick, and what we will and will not claim. Every answer is on this page in full — nothing is hidden behind a click, and nothing here needs a support ticket.

Q1How does Subscribe & Save work?

Subscribe to STIKUP 01 — Daily Performance and save 20% on every recurring order, with auto-delivery every 30 days. Skip, pause, swap flavors, or cancel anytime from your account.

Q2What flavors does Daily Performance come in?

Daily Performance comes in two flavors: Lemon-Lime and Berry. Both are zero-sugar, sweetened with stevia (Reb M), and colored only with fruit and vegetable sources — no artificial dyes.

Q3What's in Daily Performance?

Each stick pack contains 5 g creatine monohydrate, potassium-forward electrolytes (500 mg sodium, 400 mg potassium, 60 mg magnesium), a caffeine-free focus stack (citicoline, L-theanine, taurine, acetyl-L-carnitine), and a daily vitamin layer (vitamins C, D, B6, and B12). Every dose is disclosed — no proprietary blends. See the science.

Q4Will your products be third-party tested?

Yes — independent testing on every STIKUP production lot is our standard, and we'll publish each lot's Certificate of Analysis before it ships. See Quality & testing.

Q5Can I cancel a subscription?

You can cancel a subscription anytime before your next billing date — no fees. Manage everything from your account.

Q6Do you make health claims?

No — STIKUP products are dietary supplements with structure/function claims only (e.g. "supports focus," "supports hydration"). They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
