Creatine monohydrate
5 g
Supports strength, power output, and recovery between sessions — and supports cognitive performance under stress.
The formula
12 actives · 0 mg caffeine
One stick of STIKUP 01: creatine monohydrate, a potassium-forward electrolyte blend, a caffeine-free focus stack and a daily vitamin layer. Four systems, one serving, every amount printed on the label — there is no proprietary blend here, because a blend is only a way of not telling you the dose.
01Strength
The 3–5 g/day maintenance dose is where the creatine evidence base actually sits: the ISSN position stand concludes it maintains muscle saturation over time, and monohydrate is the reference form — no alternative form has shown greater retention. One stick covers it, every day.

02Hydration
Most electrolyte mixes are salt bombs. This one replaces what sweat actually costs you — and leans into the mineral most people under-consume.
Replaces the electrolyte packet
500 mg
Replaces the sodium of roughly a liter of moderate sweat while staying sensible against the 2,300 mg/day guideline — about half of what the salt-bomb incumbents pack per serving.
400 mg
Most people run below the recommended potassium intake — a potassium-forward ratio is the point of difference here.
60 mg
The hydration dose, matched to the category standard.
03Focus
A four-part stack built for steady output — no stimulants anywhere in the formula.
Replaces the nootropic capsules
250 mg
The anchor focus active — clinically studied at 250–500 mg/day, with improved attentional performance in a study of healthy adult women.
200 mg
Supports a calm, focused state and a blunted acute-stress response.
1,000 mg
Supports exercise performance at single doses of 1–6 g across a meta-analysis of trials.
500 mg
Supports cellular energy metabolism, rounding out the caffeine-free energy layer.
04Daily vitamins
A baseline of everyday micronutrients dosed to complement a normal diet — not megadosed.

The omission
Caffeine is the easiest ingredient in the world to get — you already have a coffee order.
STIKUP 01 is built to sit on top of that, not compete with it. Citicoline, L-theanine, taurine and acetyl-L-carnitine support steady focus without a stimulant underneath them, so the stick reads the same at 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Nothing to time around your sleep, nothing to cycle off.
Testing
Each production lot will be tested by an accredited third-party laboratory for identity, potency, heavy metals and microbial limits, and its Certificate of Analysis will be published here — searchable by the lot code on your carton — before it ships. Manufacturing will run to cGMP standards. We hold no certifications today and display none.
The evidence
We have no clinicians on retainer and no customers to quote — we have never sold a unit. What we can show you is the literature the amounts came from: 11 papers and reference documents describing these ingredients at these doses. None of them evaluate STIKUP 01, and none of them are claims about it.
